I was on vacation in Orange beach when my daughter’s phone gave an SOS code. Went to the closest Cerison store and was told the SIM card needed replaced, the gentleman said it would be $50.99!! I said that’s not covered!?! He said nope unless you have to replace the phone then it’s $99. I was in a rush and the next day called Verizon, they said that I should not have been charged and I had to call the store to get refunded since it was an in store purchase . I’m furious! Of course no one answers the phone at the store . Has this happened to anyone else?
