Was on live chat tonight and was trying to sign up for a internet and tv package for 2 years as the deals for monthly and 2 years are the same i thought id get some sort of incentive.
All i wanted was 3 hd standard tv boxes for free , this makes sence as if i took monthly even after 6 months cancelling the service would cost more than giving the boxes free and with this saving i was going to use it to upgrade the internet speed.

This is peer to peer support. So perhaps someone else can help you! How many languages do you speak? I work with Support groups from India and they have to learn quite a bit just to have the knowledge to provide what ever level of support they are able to provide. Most of the time I get someone from Texas! Yes Texas!

Are you in an apartment or condo? They are offering no contract with a 2 yr guarantee.
Let me understand your complaint. Is it because Vz offered you the same deal for a no-contract as they would usually offer for a contract deal? Is that right?
