I've recently had a new Verizon Fios triple play bundle installed. The install was largely a failure. I'd like to get my problems fixed, but only within the new service guarantee period. The Verizon offer claims it's 30 days, but I've seen excerpts from the TOS posted online which states this period is 15 days. Can anyone confirm how long this grace period is?
