I waited 6 months for them to bury cable, called dozens of times made appointments they don't show up (more missed work). Came when I wasn't home, installed 1/3 of the wire, and in the process, cut a powerline to the driveway. Still cant get them to come I have an appointment for today trying to confirm been told they call me back in 24-48 hours are you kidding me.
what do I do threaten to leave (I have) they couldn't care less
This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever
