I was sold a contract in May by a rep going door to door. I signed up for the preferred package. That means no premium channels. When there is an issue, you have to watch a tutorial. No such thing as a person. My bagain ended up costing me a whole 20.00 less than optimum. It took me 3 days to set up my voicemail. Even worse I can start my car from my office. Since I got Fios I  cannot get a signal. I am furious that I switched and find your claims about service to be deceptive. I am also telling everyone I  know how bad it is. I will get out of your service at the first moment I can. Thank you.
