Yet another gift card issue - not able to redeem

I see that I am not in the minority here.  I switched to Fios, kept the service for the required 90 days and received (3) Fios Gift Cards - I click to redeem them and get an error message.  I have been trying for weeks...my patience is fading fast!!!!
