Yet another gift card issue

Title says it all - can't redeem gift cards no matter where I log in from, clear any and all caches, log in from VPN and other methods.

The cynical part of me might say this is all part of the plan, but right now I am only concerned with figuring how to redeem the gift cards that were part of the package when I signed up.
