For over a month we have had terrible cell phone service in our coop apartment in Midtown Manhattan. We have made 4 tech support calls and several online chats reporting calling and receiving calls that either cannot begin or are broken up depending on which way we hold our phones either stationary or moving. We even have an apartment with windows that are near Verizon cell towers. Verizon asks us to use Wifi calling but a tech said yesterday all that does is transfer use to our Internet service router hosted by Spectrum. They asked us to use HD Voice and we set VoLTE and there has been no resolution of the issue. They asked us to purchase an extender and it costs $249 on the verizon site and other models on best buy between $129 and higher. They gave no guidance as a Bot did the video. Next move I guess is A T & T!
