bundle subscriptions ???

I've put in an order for one of the bundle subscriptions...  its for the internet, phone & tv.....on my order status, it says "order complete for the phone service"... and for the .. tv, and internet.. it says "order status: archived"  

....what does archived mean.. the due date for all three was June 8th ?!?!??!?!?!?!?

I would call verizon and ask them for a status update.
