I can't pay my bill online - I tried different browers but the website just won't let me type my credit card number. Same thing happened last month and I finally gave in and paid on the phone (there was a 3 dollar fee!). I am SO annoyed with this. Please contact me by phone ASAP and fix this. I only want to enroll in autopay!

Please have your customer service representative call me ASAP. I tried calling and could not talk to anyone! I do not want to be redirected to the billing matrix and pay the fee again.
