can't pay my bill on line

Every time I try to pay my bill I get a screen that says I have been directed ti this screen in error and if I want to pay my bill I have to click HERE When I do it takes me to a completely different spot and I cannot get through I have been trying for over a week and my bill is due on Friday

Sorry you are having difficulty paying your bill online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
