who do i need to speak to to inform verizon of my cancelling service?getting tired of the constant minternet outages/slow/non-existent speed and the hum&loss of phone service>we had a familiar face out of the past monday and ever he said that there wasn't much he could do because all verizon offered in our area was 1mps and it didn't look like fios was going to be in our area in the forseeable future,if ever because of the cost to swtich li9nes over.there poor techs that come out have garbage to work with(lines so antiquated some are wrapped with celophane and the trunk that is over on the next block is such a mess that whenever it rains service(what service) goes downhill quickly.also very tired of calling and having to speak to someone that barely speaks english and keeps telling me the problem is internal not external yet we know different.been with verizon for many many years and the decision to switch was hard but enogh is enough
So you have DSL?
Call 1800 Verizon.
