complaint about bill

I have reached out to verizon numerous times. I have asked for itemized bill and still have not recieved one even after several months. Out service was terrible and were told we would get credit on acct and that was never put in our acct as well. We have since cancelled service. Every time i call they tell me i owe a differnt amt. One time it was $900 another time.$500 and most recently.$82. I am very annoyed that no one will help. I want an itemized bill any they will not send me one. Cannot get one online. Every.time i call i get no help. Ask for supervisor and they disconnect. Recently. I called man named sammy.ignored my requests for info on my bill. I Asked for id number. And told me i dony need it and hung up. Now verizon is sending my bill to collections. Going to notify bbb . Think its horrible.to treat.customers like this. All i want is to get my bill settled. Terrible customer service and they refuse to help. I eill psy what i owe but i should be able to get an Itemized Bill of my services and what i psid. Seems very suslicious that when i call and ask for one they change subject and refuse to help. Frustrated beyond belief

Hi adwnek,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
