Really, no email for Verizon customer service.
There are some pretty good reasons why companies like Verizon don't use email for support. In particular, tt's really hard to manage large scale one-on-one communications with email. Not to mention that email isn't secure, which is important when exchanging billing and personal information.
If you have a specific issue that you'd like to address through an email like interface, post it here. You might also get help from other users if it's the sort of thing we can help with. If you decide to do that, be sure to start a new thread.
