Can someone explain why the respective yellow highlighted and red circled areas show different numbers? One screen shows a +15 channels but when I went to compare (FiOS TV Channel Lineup is from clicking on Compare TV) to see what extra channels are in the preferred plan, it looks like Prime HD is the better deal because it has 10 more regular channels and 5 more HD.
Is there a summary list of the differences between the 2 plans or do I have to go channel by channel to compare?

Well theoretically they match.
One says 230+ which 290 is and says 60+ which 83 is. Hopefully the higher numbers are in fact correct.

still doesn't explain why it would cost less money for more channels.
and knowing what are the correct numbers is important
