12/4/2018 calls and online chats to no avail with verizion put on hold for hours only to get disconnected asked to be email was told unable to respond via email latest chat told to call reward between 9am to 9Pm only to get disconnected what kind of customer service is there when you get a person and told they ate limited unbelivable service for a simple answer
