The lid to a utility box, approximately 6 feet from First Energy Utility Box, is missing. It is on the corner of our property. It's either First Energy or Verizon's cables currently exposed. I've placed a small orange cone over the exposure, a safety and liability hazard. Please provide contact and file reference to address this and for future follow ups.
