I'm on a Mac, iPad and iPhone and still can't pay my bill or even check to see if my attempt at paying 3 days ago went through. Your programmer and systems analyst need to be FIRED!

Seems to be looping constantly on me now as well. Deleted all files/cookies in IE and tried again, no go. IE with no addons, no go. Downloaded Chrome and used it, same exact issue. Account Change Verification again and again and again. Seriously, who did they get to code this site?

It is now March 2016 and mail sign in in continuous loop. Talked with "support" for an hour. Still not fixed. Did you ever get a solution?
