Called Verizon on Tuesday about cable problems they set up a appointment for Friday between 11am-2pm. They didn't show up. I then called them at 2:30pm. They said they'd call me back with updated information. They called and left a message saying that they're rescheduling the appointment for Monday. Why should I waste another day waiting for them not to show up. I'm planning on switching to a different carrier.
