A Verizon Fios optical wire was knocked down and laying across mr driveway, very dangerous but there’s no way I could report the issue to Verizon. Neither their phone support nor chat is working. Can anyone help to escalate the situation to Verizon please?

the WORST customer facing website. I keep calling the # number they have on their website to call and they say they have to transfer me to the Fios department and then the call drops (if I have to be transferred, why is that the # you tell me to call?). The chat feature does not work either.
I tried the vzdownwire.com site, but there is no indication of when/if they will make it out.

I have the same problem, blocked my driveway. Their Chat service is not working neither the phones are going to the right person, totally frustrated and stranded.
