When i log into my account and attempt to get plan information for home services. I get a message the "We cannot continue your order at this time - Contact your local business office" This happens on the mobile app, internet access with different computers and different browsers. Over 400 chat messages, 4 hours on the phone and being tranfserred to 25 different people (All saying - Thanks for being a 20 yr customer and we will help you) and no resolution - No one at verizon as heard of this. any help would be apprecated.
