I have now been without our internet and phone for 17 hours. Contacted customer service when it first happened and they said it should be back on around 8pm. So I waited and nothing finally around 9:20 I called back in again and once again I will told hopefully a couple of more hours, so here I sit waiting. Then around 12 am I tried checking again and nothing. Called back in again and was told it could take 24-48 hours to fix. Are you flipping kidding me. So much money list and customer service really didn't seem to care at all. Seriously it should not take this long. Worst customer service EVER.
