I have been getting the run around all morning. All of my service is out. I have opened two tickets since yesterday afternoon, and they keep getting closed stating that my issue is part of a larger outage. I worked with a tech this morning that determined that it is not. But my tikcet was closed stating that it is. You are about to lose a 10 year plus customer if this doesnt get resolved today!!!!! I need a tech dispatch, but I keeo getting emails stating that a dispatch ois not needed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
