after speaking by landline to a fios tech, and again after receiving service from another tech, my cell phone received 2 surveys about the service, none of which work. the people were great, but the survey is broken, plays on a loop, can't even get past am i the person who... very annoying.. i wanted to commend both employees, instead i'm complaining
Probably something missing in the CELL. I think for instance it was designed for Flash.
If you really want to respond try doing it on a PC.
kudos for just replying, but there is no way to do this on a PC either. it's not my cell's fault. It's not a smart phone. No flash required. Verizon needs to offer an alternate way for consumers to thank their employees.
