I run a web application for EMT's which sends emails to @vtext.com in order to message user phones. We've been doing this for 15 years without issue, but we're suddenly seeing a majority messages rejected by Verizon's servers ("Too many recipients." or "requested action aborted: try again later"). I need help determining how to resolve the issue.
I can't find an email address for anyone at Verizon, can someone at least provide an appropriate contact?
Thanks!
