$200 gift card

Can't get my $200 gift card for upgrading my service. Spent a long time in chat TWICE trying to get it. Chat reps did not know what to do, hey told me things that made no sense and didn't work (it wasn't redeemable yet although it said the right date on the offer, I had to pay my monthly payment first even though it wasn't due yet, I had to use a different link that didn't work.) Feeling cheated by Verizon. Has anyone had this problem and found a way to get their gift card?
