After months of unsuccessfully dealing with Verizon customer service to redeem the $50 gift card offer (the tile on the website didn't work) and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, they finally sent me an e-gift card. However, I'm disappointed the gift card is only for purchasing things from Verizon. I thought it would be a gift card that could be used anywhere. Did they pull a switcheroo on me?
