I got multiple emails stating that my $200 is ready to be redeemed towards Google and/or Nest products but I follow the links and add eligible items to my cart but I never see the $200 credit when I get to the payment page. No discount code was provided and the email does not provide any specific instructions. I've chatted with 2 different agents who both said the link should be valid so they don't know why its not working and there is nothing they can do. This is crazy!! Nobody can tell me how to redeem.
I got the email, and this worked automatically for me. I selected a few devices and it deducted $200 off my order.
What did NOT work was the $150 gift card offer. I just posted about it now, but saw your post here. I know it prob doesn't help, but it worked for me automatically (no tricks or anything you need to know).
