When you complete a survey after a chat, it may offer you a chance to give more details about Verizon and I decided to list some glitches I'd run into. When I hit submit, I got an error message that it was more than 1000 characters long -- and my message was cut back *to* 1000 characters.
What I expected: to be told while I was typing that I was coming up on a character limit or to be warned when I hit submit but the text to be left alone.
What happened: my message was truncated to 1000 characters and the points I was making were lost completely.
Work around: copy the text before hitting submit or compose it elsewhere so you retain a copy.
