After many attempt of contacting representative online and on phone, all gave no solutions. I was told to use different internet browser, cleared cache, reinstall app, called reward line, then customer line, wasted over 3 hours back and forth, finally was able open a ticket regarding this issue. No TILE was seen anywhere to redeem this google nest hub. If Verizon is so stingy about offering this, why bother lying to customers to lure them to sign up?! Very unprofessional and what a liar!
