After having a discounted service for over 9 months with Verizon i moved and when i relocated my services they told me my previous package is no longer available and i can no longer have the discounts i received and now have to pay $50 extra every month just because i live in a new house and they consider it a new account!!! THIS IS CRAZY! Spoke with a supervisor and he basically told me to go elsewhere if im not happy! wow! and thats exactly what i will do! Thanks Verizon for having great customer service!!!!!! NOT!
