Can not redeem Xbox gift card

Just as hundreds have posted at this point, it is impossible to redeem the Xbox gift card promotion from Verizon Fios. After agreeing to the terms, all you get is an orange bar stating "The requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon Home."
I spent hours in chat with a Verizon rep who had me clear cookies and cache, use different browsers and devices...
2 desktops, a laptop, two phones, an iPad, Chrome, Edge, cookies and cache have been obliterated.
Nothing.
The chat rep eventually told me they'd escalate the issue and I'd receive the gift card within "90 days"... What?!
Something seems fishy to me...
It also seems as they lock down the posts here at community.verizon.com after they send these "to an agent", not allowing other replies or discussion.
Think I can get a resolution within a few minutes or a couple hours instead of "90 days"?
