Can not send E mail

Since Firefox upgrade to version 31, I am unable to send my verizon E mail using Firefox.  I assujme that this is a Firefox problem. Anyone know anything about it?

yes for the time being use chrome or..............gasp......................IE.....I'm sure verizon is fixing this issue to be able to be compatible with 31

Just tried it and I am seeing no problem. 

What symptons are you seeing?  Missing send button?  Nothing happening when hitting send? ....

When I try to send a message I get this message  "Unable to load null 4o4".  Verizon says it is a firefox problem which started after I got an update to version 31.  Many people have this problem .  Many posts on firefox forum.

Actually, I find I can compose and send a message, but I cannot reply or forward messages.

The problem is NOT solved.  I can not forward or reply to Verizon E mails while using firefox.

I marked unsolved for you.  I don't know if you had marked it as solved by mistake or someone else did.  Don't know if the bug is Verizon's or Firefox.  Or perhaps a change in behavior that Firefox made on purpose that now affects some sites such as Verizon.  Remember this is peer to peer and not a way to contact Verizon about bugs.  I am just another customer, although as a CL they give us a little lee way, for example ability to mark things as solutions.

I am also having the same problem. 

I actually was just sending mail and receiving on FF 30.0 and then an upgrade hit, and I let it go through to 31.0 and immediately I see the same symptom and problem description as everyone else here.

I understand about the problem.  But, not everyone has it.  My sister does not have problem using firefox with windows vista.

Sending email is fine, but when I "Reply" to any email,

I get an error message the states:

COMPOSE EMAIL

Unable to load null status:404

Anyone have an idea how to correct this?
