Can't Access Sub Account

Hello, I've been having issues accessing the email for a sub account. The account has been locked due to various log in attempts. Which as you probably know it states to have a temporary pin sent. I've tried and noticed those are just for the primary account not a sub account. So, I'm not able to access this account at all.
Is there a way that I can access this account?

Once a sub account is locked, the only thing you can do is call in for tech support. There isnt a pin process to unlock a sub account. every time you attempt to unlock, it will switch to the primary username.
