Can't login to Verizon Cloud

I recently changed by Fios plan to Gigabit 2.0 and it's supposed to come with 2TB of Verizon Cloud storage. However, when I login to the Cloud service website it just gives me error messages. On the Settings page it says "Storage Details: Connection error." On the My Cloud page it says "Network error: We are unable to access your cloud right now, please try again later."
Any ideas on how to make this work?
