After re=do of computer, many things have changed. Ex: In Verizon Email, I can no longer make new Folders. The + sign that used to indicate "Make New Folder" is gone. I have searched & searched all Settings, but no luck.

The + is on my page. Make sure the zoom on the browser is set to 100%
Most likely a browser issue. Try a different browser, and make sure the one you are using is up to date. I'd suggest using Chrome or Firefox.
