Can’t redeem gift card offer

Hi,

I have a $100 gift card offer from Fios Home that is available to redeem. Every time I follow the links to redeem, I get the error below and can’t actually make any progress on this. When I return to the offer page, there are not any offers listed there.

Please wait 24-48 hours, then log back into My Verizon and click on the "Fios Welcome Bonus" link to complete the registration of your card or check your card shipping status.
