Want the new promotion with free Chromebook. Been customer less then 60 days. With alot of issues with phone internet and cable on demand

Cannot be done. You are not considered a new customer. And the offer also is sign up for triple play via online.
you had 30 days to either keep the service or cancel.
if on contract you will now owe $350 in addition to your invoice. Then you can go to any service you want.
the Chromebook is priced at $200, the bill credit if chosen instead is $200 so if you leave your paying $350+ just to cancel.
