The Amazon Prime and Echo (2nd Gen) Iink is not working l cannot redeem my reward. l have been with many customer support and none has resolve this just sending me on to the next person. Verizon needs to fix this l switch to them believing l would have Prime and the Echo. l can't explain how frustrating this is.
