Cannot redeem Xbox gift card "the requested url was not found

I have been unable to redeem my $50 Xbox gift card.  I get an error stating: "The requested URL was not found in this server.  Go to MyVerizon Home."  I've tried clearing my cache and using multiple web browsers.   I've spoken with Gift Card Services, who can only offer me a Verizon gift card which I do not want.  Screenshot below.  Can someone please me with this issue?  Patiently waiting.
