Our sprinkler contractor performed the annual system startup last Saturday, and found the several of the underground lines had been cut when the FIOS contractor ran lines from the ground vault on our property to our neighbor's house last fall. Several more were cut at the other end of our lot when the line was run in preparation for our own FIOS install last month. What is the procedure to file a claim with Verizon?
