Damaged Power Pole

I live in Plainfield, NJ and have a power pole in the front of my house that looks like a toothpick.  I have been told numerous times by both PSE&G and Verizon workers that this is a legacy Verizon pole.  I have had multiple Verizon crews when out servicing the area put a "ticket" in for me to get the pole replaced.  Today a truck hit the Fios or Cable Line feeding the pole and the whole pole shook and it is clearly splintered now.  This pole needs to be replaced before it comes down and does some serious damage or even worse hurt someone.  Verizon please help. 20230207_131447.jpg20230207_132529.jpg
