Damaged Verizon Pole identified as imminent threat to children / people nearby and still not removed.

We have two poles that need to be removed and / or replaced as (1) was materially damaged in a storm 4 years ago and has yet to be removed, and (2) a second one was damaged in December 2022 storm and is at risk to fall (as identified by both Verizon and electric company) and is an imminent thread to homeowners, neighbors and children.
Please help escalate and identify path to timely resolution and risk mitigation.
