Does Verizon offer surport through email or chat?

When I click "support" or "contact us" I can't seem to find an email or chat option ... do they exist?

email is not offered. It use to be but not anymore.

chat should be available from the website. It usually pops up in a very annoying fashion.

if it doesn’t pop up you can see the chat link on the right side of the website screen.

if not available it will just be a gif image with no clickable link.

Not quite as realtime as chat, but more widely available.

And if the issue is more complicated, they can initiate a private chat session.
