I can't seem to report a down wire/device that hangs from the wires on the poles next to my house. Storm came through and knocked the wires down. I tried contacting Verizon customer service to be proactive to report this incident to help them yet I can't find a phone #, email address to report it to them. I tried calling on 3 separate occasions and they keep sending out a residential in-door technician that can't touch the outside public lines on the poles. They tell me they will call it in for me but it's been weeks and still the wire/device is still hanging off the pole outside next to my house. What to do?
