I haven't been able to sign into any of my Verizon accounts today. Keep getting Error message HTTP501 or HTTP 505. Any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me. I finally got through to verizon after 4 calls and waiting on average 20 minutes for an agent. He said to use Mozilla Firefox and I would have no problem.. He thinks it could be the internet explorer changing something. I did download Firefox and it works fine. I will still go through Verizon again to find out why. Good Luck
