ETF waiver

I have been trying to upload my new documents to the link Verizon provided for the past two weeks. I keep getting an error message and stating to try again in 24 business hours. This is getting ridiculous and customer service is no help. I am about to go on social media and blast Verizon for their lack of support and customer service. Then they robo call my phone every morning, Oh they want their money but make it difficult for customers to get any assistance with this **bleep** etf waiver.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
