In early September Verizon installed Fios internet to our new neighbors. In order to do this they had to run the cable through my back yard. There is an easement for this. However, they decided to run the cable about 40 (forty) feet outside the easement. I have tried for the last month (no less than 6 calls) to get someone to respond or come out to at the very least look at where their sub-contractor buried that cable, and move it to where all the other utilities are laid. This interferes with our planned use of that land. I have not received a call back from the appropriate person. Last week we were told that they (Verizon Drop Customer Service) would e-mail the supervisor and to give them 72 hours. Still no call back. How do I get a call back from someone who can help with this?
