I have created a fold in e-mail and have entered several messages in the folder, however when I go to open the folder it will not open even though it list the number of messages are in the folder.

Are you getting any error messages? What exactly happens when you click on the folder? Is this via webmail or an email client on your computer?
No messages. One click a nothing happens?
