Email Sub-Account Opening Under Primary Email Account

Hi. I just created an email sub-account through Verizon. When I tried logging in, I received the "you have been migrated to AOL" message. I went to AOL and tried logging in. When I do, it either says "Username/Password" not valid or I get to log in but it opens our primary account. We have other sub-accounts created prior to the migration that work fine. Any suggestions on getting this email account to work? Thank you!
